May 2 Orange was supposed to hook up my internet/telephone, it is now the 17th of June and this has still not happened. I have been to the orange store, contacted Orange by phone, 150 euros in phone cost so far, and they claim they dont know whats wrong, but I have yet to see a KPN service man. Yesterday I went to Amsterdan to try my luck at the Orange headquarters, but the security guards would not let me in and the female actually laughed at my problems. The male sercurity guard at the desk lied to me and said he called upstairs and it was already hooked up. I called customer service in front of him, and they knew nothing about it, he then told me some one was coming to talk to me but that never happened, he them told me he called and it would be hooked up today, and it is still not. BUt now the billing department is treatening to shut off the internet/phone, ( that I dont have yet), because I haven't paid them yet, and said they will lock the line until I do and put it on my credit. I need help, does any one have any ideas who to contact?

You could write an official complaint about it.
It would be best to send it registered, by recorded delivery
It is best to have Copies of written letters and notes of contacts with this firm in a database.
