Dear forum members,

I was redirected here by my classmate and was hoping you guys could help me out too. Currently, I am studying Master Business Administration at VU University and I am working on my Master thesis in order to graduate.

Everybody does it! When you are put in a team during work or your study, one of the first things you decide on is which member will do what task/job. This has led me to wonder what kind of effects this behavior has on the output of the teamwork in comparison to working together. Hence, the subject of my thesis is dividing tasks within teams and the creativity of the output.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes. Just think of a team that you worked in and fill the questionnaire accordingly. In case it is unclear: your school/university could also be considered your ‘current company’.
