Recently I was approached by Jeroen de Bruin of Global Consulting Luxembourg. He called me even though I had no idea who he was. Jeroen de Bruin told me that he was an independent investment advisor. He tried to persuade me to buy shares of a company called Sollensys corp . These shares are listed on a stock exchange in America. That share would be very promising because Sollensys Corp. is a company that manufactures touchscreens in a market that is growing rapidly. Jeroen de Bruin also told me that he would only benefit when the shares would rise in value at least three hundred percent.
I did some research on the Internet and all the information that I found confirmed the story of Jeroen de Bruin from Global Consulting Luxembourg somehow. It all looked too good to be true and I should have known it then usually is. I decided to buy some shares.
It turned out to be that all the information that I found came mostly from the marketing campaign of Sollensys itself. I think Jeroen de Bruin is not an independent investment adviser at all but is paid by Sollensys Corp. or might be in the complot of manipulating the stocks price in order to benefit hughe profits. Also I wonder whether Sollensys Corp. even exists. They failed for some time to submit their business results and stopped communicating since approximately march this year.
I believe that the price of the Sollensys Corp. share is manipulated by the major parties behind it (like the founders of Sollensys Corp). These parties spent a lot of money on marketing so the rate of the share go’s up and then they sell all their shares just before they let someone else release shocking news which causes all investors to dump their shares at once, that’s my opinion. On November 26 the turnover of the shares raised drastically. I think then the major parties who are manipulating the stock price sold all their shares that moment. Shortly thereafter, an article was posted on hotstocked.com with the title: " Sollensys Corp ( OTCMKTS : SOLS ) 's Run is Shrouded in Mystery” . I believe this article was intended to cause a dramatic fall of the share. In four days the share of Sollensys Corp. lost over 60 percent of its value. I suspect this share’s prices of Sollensys Corp. was manipulated so that these manipulators earn a lot of money. It is in my believe that this event might happen again.
I might have been naïve but I want to warn al investors for the aggressive approaches like I saw from Jeroen de Bruin from Global Consulting Luxembourg or all good to be true articles you find on the internet about Sollensys Corp.
