Currently we are February 21st, and I still have not received my order, nor a notification from Hollywood white that my order would be late. So, last week, I tried to call them. Well, that sounds easier than it is. It took me a full day on google to find a telephone number and/or an e-mail address. In the meantime they have a new website that does give you the possibilty to enter a contact form, and find an e-mail address. So, I filled out the contact sheet, telling them I want a reply or at least some news about my delivery that same day. But of course; No reply from their side.
Also, after a long search I found a telephone number, but, instead of being able to get somebody on the phone, you get an answering machine, telling you that for late deliveries you have to send an e-mail to an e-mail address. Even after listening to this message 5 times I still could not hear what the e-mail address was, so unclearly pronounciated!! For all other questions you have to leave a message, and they tell you they will get back to you. Which they won't...
After not having been contacted, I send them an e-mail to an e-mail address I found, telling them again I want a reply or a notification what has happened to my order. Still, nothing. Complete radio-silence from Hollywood white. So; please people; Don't order anything from them! They are totally unreliable. Let this be a warning..
