Quick update: they predictably replied that they won't deliver a working TV while picking up the broken one. So I have to wait for them to process the RMA before they'll ship the replacement. And I still haven't heard about the pick-up.

Sounds like this is going to take some time.

I recently ordered a 42" TV from Redcoon.

1. It took almost a week to deliver. This isn't terrible by any means, but the best webshops deliver within a couple days, and the Redcoon site said 'direct leverbaar'. Not terrible, but not great either ...
