Problemen Met Oplichters Van XING Bussiness Social Site!

Wie heeft hier nog meer meer last van!

het is echt ongelooflijk maar ik heb de oplichters heren XING al meerdere malen gecontacteerd dat ik uitgeschreven ben en geen lidmaatschap meer heb met hun.

En ik heb al een email van ze gehad dat ik een eerste betaling moet doen, dan hebben ze het over een eerste herinnering die ik van ze ontvang en dan weer een tweede herinnering die ik van ze krijg.

Niet normaal en ik maar hun contacteren in zowel Nederlands als in het Engels en nog steeds krijg ik dan het volgende emailtje:

"Geachte heer .....,

Thank you very much for your message. We value each and every mail we receive from our members.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer you support in your language at present. We do offer assistance in the following languages however: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Turkish.

If at all possible, it would be highly appreciated if you could write your request in one of these languages. Our support team will then respond to you as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience here, and hope to offer support services in your language in the very near future.

Ik heb ze ook al vanaf het begin in het Engels gecontacteerd ook heb ik in het Engels kenbaar gemaakt een jaar geleden dat ik geen lidmaatschap meer met hun heb maar ze blijven me maar vragen om geld!

Dit is echt niet normaal meer! Nou krijg ik het volgende mailtje van ze en daaronder heb ik tevens mijn reactie opgezet. Mocht er meer vervolg zijn dan zal ik het jullie wel laten weten middels dit forum!

Your Premium Membership is a subscription which is automatically renewed at the
end of the contract for the length of time you specify. Unfortunately, we are
unable to cancel your last invoice, as we did not receive a cancellation from you
within the cancellation period (up to 14 days before the end of the contract).

This automatic extension is part of a Premium Membership and was a condition you
accepted when you agreed to the contract. This automatic extension is clearly
indicated when a Premium Membership is selected and can be seen in the "My
Account" section on the website.

Your membership renewed on 16 Jan 2010. We’ve canceled your Premium Membership as
per your request from future renewals on 16 Feb 2010.

As we have not received a cancellation notice from you at least 14 days before the
renewal date the invoice will still have to be paid unless you are able to provide
us with documentations that will verify the cancellation.

I have canceled it last year but at time I had another email account: ---------
I am sorry but I cant get to that account anymore but I have canceled it last year.

This means that I will not pay for anything any more with you guys.

Your system failed because it did not cancel my account when I requested and now you are trying to get money from me. Blame your renewal system and check if it works proper. You have received a cancellation notice from me at least 9 months ago. You should have that documentation. I dont keep these kind of documentations. Canceled means Canceled that is it!

I have already started a topic on a forum to see if any one has the same problems with you guys in the Netherlands please follow http://forum.www.trosradar.nl/viewtopic ... 24&t=79590

Because I really take this serious and I even bring this to court and beleave me you will pay for all the costs. Also the idea that we have to contact you in English otherwise you know dont what it says well I am sorry but you are offering a service to a dutch audiance so offer your service in dutch. Or use google translation.

Again you are here the one who is mistaken.

I am really sick and tiered with your company and service. I mean just check it when have I used your service. If I did not canceled it I would have used it. This is common sence!

I will keep all your messages from now on and I will post as well to let people know how you guys work.

As mentioned in the previous email you will have to provide documentation that you have canceled. If you are unable to provide this information then the invoice
cannot be canceled.

May I ask how you canceled? Such as by email, phone, fax, online by going to Home > Invoices and Accounts.

If you canceled you would have received a cancellation notice from our system. As you did not receive this confirmation this should have been your first clue that
the membership was not canceled and therefore you should have addressed the issue at that time instead of waiting until this point.

Although we do appreciate your situation we regret that we cannot cancel your
invoice 12528000001620274 and would ask you to settle the outstanding amount due as specified in our second payment reminder unless you can provide proof of cancellation.

Again somehow you are not reading my email correctly!
I have said to you that I was using a different email address and I dont have access to that one anymore.

You should have the email! The only way to cancel is by using your form so that is what I did!

Again I will not pay anything as this is your mistake and I have canceled it more then 9 months ago. Canceled means Canceled! Then I am asking you to send me all communication that your system made to my previous email address ........ and you will find there the cancelation.

If you can not provide me that information we will take this to court and you will pay for it. Please send me all communication I had with you from my previous account and especially your auto sending email system.

You will find there the cancelation.

This is to confirm that I have understood and read your email correctly. However
as stated you will have to provide the proof of cancellation. I understand that
you do not have that email address any longer. Unfortunately this is not our
responsibility.

You have stated that "The only way to cancel is by using your form so that is what I did!" Which is incorrect. You have the ability to cancel online, by phone, fax, email and or post.

The only responses associated with your account are on 01/26/2010, 02/15/2010 and an additional email on 02/15/2010.

Again I regret to inform you that as there is nothing on file that will verify
your cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal, the invoice will not be
canceled.

We apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you and wish you a nice week.

Hello Michael,

Your responsability is also to keep all email communication I get from your auto email system! Check our dutch law! Then all I did was used your online form as you dont have a service center in the Netherlands that I could contact while you are offering your service in dutch.

Well here we are again! You can not provide me with the information I am asking you and this means your system failed.

Again I have canceled the membership more than 9 months ago and you should have that email respons as it is your responsability too in situations like this.

Please check when I changed my email address because you have sent me the email with a confirmation link (I am sorry I dont have it anymore) and then work back and look for all email respons I got from your system with the email I used before!

I will not pay the membership as you requested and I want you to stop sending me reminders as you can not send me the communication history I had with your auto email system.

It is to bad to hear that I still have to pay the invoice while I canceled it and by law you should have kept all my email communications from the email I used before in your records.

I will not pay the invoice and we will take this to court and I will keep updating our communication on the same forum as I have send you the email before!

ps: all process and court costs will be paid by you / your company! and for sure now I save all communications.

As there is no emails from you as I have already mentioned, it of course is not
possible to see the email that you are referring to if it does not exist.

There are no notifications to show when you have changed your email address
therefore once again there is nothing to trace.

Again all emails that you have sent are automatically assigned to and linked to
your profile. There are only the three that I have already mentioned to you and
not more.

It is your responsibility to have kept track of your membership and keep the
cancellation notice for your records in case of a situation as this.

As I have already mentioned the invoice will not be canceled unless you are able
to provide proof of the cancellation. I therefore will close this ticket and
consider the invoice as left unpaid as this conversation shall end here until you
can provide the requested information.

If you choose not to pay the invoice that has been issued, this is of course your
own choice.

Hello Michael,

Why are you being so rude! You should have all email communications I had with your system with my last email. Check our dutch law!

It is my choice not to pay and will bring this to court and will keep leaving all communications on TROS Radar!

You have to provide me with all communications I had with you with my email ........ This is your responsability too. I am saying I have canceled 9 months ago with that email address so please give all email contact I had with your system like you are doing now with the current email address. If you can't provide me the information it means your systems has failled and I will not pay for a membership that I have canceled.
