Ik geloof dat sinds 1-1-2010 abonnementsconstructies met automatische jaarlijkse verlenging sowieso niet meer kunnen. Kwalijk is echter ook dat een bedrijf als Paypal helpt dit soort roofbedrijven aan het geld te komen door vermeende automatische incasso.
Iedere incasso dient per brief/aangetekend te geschieden. Via email is niet rechtsgeldig en gaat dat ook niet worden.
Of het duits recht van toepassing is op UseNext of Aviteo weet ik niet daar het een Ltd betreft wat geen duitse rechtsvorm is maar ik ben dan ook geen advocaat.
