Dus nu maar afwachten hoe vaak de consument wordt bedot.
Term "Bio" now protected in all EU countries
(29.7.2005) The European Court of Justice has ruled in two judgements dated 14.7.2005 that the term "bio" is protected
as an indication of organic agriculture in all community languages.
This is reported by lawyer Hanspeter Schmidt of Freiburg, who intensively monitors the legal aspects of the organic industry.
