Dear all,

I am a foreigner in the Netherlands and my Dutch is still not very good. Therefore I hardly can follow Dutch news or forums. Nevertheless, I can see that Legio Lease topics are very actual at the moment. Due to the fact that I also have a contract with them ("Driedubbelar" or something like this), made by suggestion of my Dutch colleague, I would like to be informed about the current status.

Is there anyone able (and kind enough) to describe in English what is going on with Legio Lease and their customers at the moment. The description can be just in a nutshell. Naturaly, I am mostly interested in knowing what the practical consequences for the customers are and whether there are some comon sollutions for them.

Moste customers of Legio-lease weren't aware of the risks of de winstverdriedubbelaar. Me myself I thougt it was a savings-account. I know nothing of trade, shares etc. Now everyone is facing a huge loss. Sometimes tens of thousands of Euro's. Besides that we think that LL should have informed us when the values went down.

The first two cases they will start concern:
1) The fact that husbands/wives didn't sign the contract. According to leaseverlies these contracts have to be undone
2) The fact that legio-lease hasn't treated us with care en that we have been misinformed.
