I don't have this experience. When I mailed they mailed me within 1 day.

That's why this site exists. It's to show that branded companies in general do cross the red line sometimes...

Just for you I suppose. I have done many dealings with ABN AMRO and never had a problem of this kind.

i have quit abn amro totally because of lack of service. They do not answer letters, they do not return telephone calls etc.

I suppose you need to be a big customer to get their attention
