Valt dit via de rechtbijstandverzekering aan te klagen???

Is er dan al financiële schade geleden?
Er is toch niemand meer die nog zo onnozel is om in deze poging tot oplichting te trappen!

het minimale wat je kunt doen is:

1 - abuse mail sturen naar de provider
Stuur een kopie van de email (met alle header informatie) naar abuse@<provider>
Header informatie kun je krijgen door bv in Outlook express bij een email op "properties" te clicken en vervolgens op "details" en "message source". Dan alles copy-pasten.

De meeste providers zullen dit email adress vrij snel afsluiten. Vooral als je erbij vermeld dat het om "fraude" of "nigerian scam" gaat.
Dit is immers slecht voor hun reputatie. Dit zordt er wel voor dat de oplichters weer een nieuw adress moeten zoeken, en dat alle corresspondentie dat al via het oude adress niet meer werkt.

2 - Als er een telefoon nummer in de mail staat: lekker stalken die handel:
let op, dit gaat je geld kosten, want ze gebruiken meestal 06 nummers (+316....). Maar het is wel lachen!. Wel even nummerherkenning afzetten in je mobieltje voor je belt (anders zijn de rollen snel ongedraaid)
Verder is het ook altijd leuk het nummer te posten op internet bij een of andere gay-dating site. Weet ze zeker dat ze geen andacht tekort komen. Of een andere site naar keuze.

Wij hebben gisteren ook eenzelfde brief (alleen in dit geval met als afzender Santalucia Seguridad uit Spanje maar met exact dezelfde tekst) ontvangen en ik las ergens (zoekende op internet) dat er reeds een aanatl mensen ering getrapt is: die hebben de zg. "onkosten"betaald om de "gewonnen prijs" te kunnen ontvangen. Ik las zelfs dat er € 6500 betaald zou zijn!! Het is gewoon eeb variant op de Nigeriaanse bedelbrieven en men moet hier zeker niet intrappen!!

Ik vind het helemaal niet erg hoor, om anderhalf miljoen euro gewonnen te hebben, breng daarna zelfs met de breedste glimlach een bezoek aan het belastingkantoor.
Ware het niet dat dit inderdaad grote flauwekul is. Gewonnen en nergens aan meegedaan? Rustig blijven, niet in paniek raken, die firma's doen je niets, als jij niet reageert.

Probeer je ze te slim af te zijn, ja, dan heb je pech, ze weten dan dat je bestaat, en je mag op zoek naar een nieuw telefoonnummer.

Het is onvoorstelbaar hoelang dat die mailtjes rondgaan.Ik heb deze mail 29juni ontvangen en dat is in 2005

Deze website is erop uit om de Nigeriaanse oplichters terug te pakken.

Het is zeer vermakelijk om te lezen.

Hoe je zelf de oplichters kan uitnodigen om je te mailen staat op de website, dat heb ik gedaan.

Sinds 2 weken heb ik al 135.000.000,= gewonnen in diverse loterijen en wordt mijn assistentie gevraagd bij 279.000.000,= aan bevroren tegoeden in het buitenland.

Jammer vind ik dat er vanuit de providers niet genoeg wordt gewaarschuwd tegen dit soort praktijken.

Ik had nadat ik die email had ontvangen echt zoiets van wat moet ik hiermee,vooral omdat ik weleens betaalde spellen speel en ik herkende wel de naam die ze als onderwerp gebruikten.Ik heb wel een mail gestuurd dat ik niet van zo'n geintjes houdt,omdat er mensen zijn die het geld echt nodig hebben.Toen kreeg ik ipv reactie een formulier om in te vullen en toen ben ik bij google gaan zoeken of het adres bestond of die loterij en zo kwam ik er dus achter dat het oplichterij was.Was natuurlijk wel logisch,maar misschien is dat een goede tip voor mensen die niet weten wat ze met zulke mail aan moeten.Beste is niks en als je meer wil weten even google raadplegen.Fijne avond allemaal

Op de eerste plaats is er nog nooit een nigeriaanse astronaut de ruimte in geschoten (althans zeker niet in 1985), op de tweede plaats: hoe heeft die astronaut al die tijd in zijn levensbehoeften kunnen voorzien, en op de derde plaats: hoe kan het zijn dat dit vaartuig al 20 jaar onopgemerkt is gebleven?

Ik heb ook een mail ontvangen dat ik 1 miljoen gewonnen heb. Alleen staat daar wel de naam DAYZERS bij. Het is waarschijnlijk oplichting want het is ook in het engels en doe ik niet eens mee met Dayzers.
Toch moeten deze mensen op de èèn of andere manier aan te pakken zijn.Het is namelijk niet leuk om mensen zo te bedonderen. Vooral mensen die te goed van vertouwen zijn.

Mijn ouders kregen een brief van la primitiva. Ikheb gelijk het nummer gebeld dat op de brief stond. Er werd opgenomen door een engels sprekende man. Op mijn vraag hoe het mogelijk was dat je iets kunt winnen zonder dat je er aan mee doet gaf hij als verklaring dat mijn ouders een spaans product gekocht hadden en dat de regering onder deze kopers een geldbedrag verloot (€785.510,00 ja,ja)
Toen ik wat aandrong en vroeg hoe ze dan aan hun adres kwamen, werd de man erg kortaf en hing vervolgens op.
In de brief stond dat zij een van de elf internationale winnaars waren.

Enige wat gedaan kan worden is publiciteit (ook al mag dat volgens de brief niet).

Het is wel 6 ton per winnaar, he?

Dan zitten we al op 3,6 miljoen.

Het gaat ze alleen om verificatie van je bankgegevens, als jij zo gek bent die diplomaatkosten te betalen, dat moet je vooral doen.

Waarom houden ze die kosten niet af van de gewonnen prijs? Dan win je 2,9 miljoen, en houden ze zelf 100.000 euro. Die zou ik ze met een grijns van oor tot oor geven, als ik die 2,9 miljoen mag hebben.
