ABN AMRO slechte service
Om januari, opende ik een account inclusief de auto verzekering bij deze bank. we een overeenkomst getekend voor 88/euros per maand. Op 27 maart, ze betalen de gebruikelijke 88 euro voor autoverzekering.
een week later, ABN aangerekend 473 euro zonder zelfs me te vertellen. op 6 april, ik had een credit card betaling verschuldigd, zodat de credit card maatschappij nam ook geld uit. IK STAAT ROOD!
Ik nam contact op de lokale afdeling en zij noemden de auto verzekering afdeling. ik kreeg te horen dat er binnen 5 werkdagen, zullen ze terug komen met een resolutie. 7 dagen later en geen oplossing.
Ik wil nu mijn auto verzekering te annuleren en het account te sluiten.
ik heb gehad slechte ervaring met Nederlandse bedrijven. ze echt niet schelen.

Op het moment dat je de social media opzoekt, kan ABN Amro opeens snel wezen..... Tot die tijd kan je eigenlijk het heen en weer krijgen. Ik bankier nog liever bij de ING met alle storingen dan bij ABN.

Ik ken ABN AMRO niet anders dan een correcte bank met vriendelijke medewerkers. Ook de verzekeringstak ABN AMRO Verzekeringen bevalt mij prima. Maar overal kan iets mis gaan. Ze horen wel optijd terug te bellen.
Ben wel benieuwd wat nu de reden van afschrijving is geweest.

Bedankt voor jullie reacties. Obviously my Dutch is not good so I'll try in Enlgish.
I went to the bank this morning today. Their Auto-insurance department has now cancelled the insurance and ONLY refunded me 159 euros. They kept the rest. The ABN AMRO Staff called the insurance department but at the end, they said that the insurance is now closed and there is nothing to discuss. This employee opened a complaint -klacht and I should received an email or letter from ABN customer service within 5 business days about their investigation.
So they stole the rest of my money. Plain and simple without explanation. Is there any other agency I can complain about this? They sure do not need customers. They should go out of business. Thief!

Wanneer ging die verzekering precies in? Januari of 27 maart? Als Januari wat hebben ze dan voor die eerste 3 maanden berekend en berekenen ze geen afsluit/ administratiekosten?
Ik ken de bank als zeer betrouwbaar en vriendelijke klantenservice
When did the insurancetime exactly start: January or march? When it started already in january and they first charged you in march, maybe it was the payment for the first months? And do they charge for administration?

The insurance started on January 19. They charged a pro-rate from 19-26 januari. Then they charged me 88 each month until march 27. On April 6th, they withdrew 423 because they said that my car needs to pay more (they could not found records of insurability since my car just came from the States-imported)
Apparently they are saying that my new rate starting January 19 should be 219 euros /month and not 88 and reason why they took 423 since January to cover the difference of 219-88=131 x 393 approximately
so misschien the difference is VAT. I don't know how they calculated it but they don't want to tell me either.
Now the insurance is closed or cancelled but they refused to refund me the rest. Only I received 159 back out of 423. I wonder what would have happened if I had less than 10 euros in the account when they withdrew the money without telling me? No letter, nothing. They just took the money without explanation.

Yes, I understand. The carinsurancefee is related to the time of driving without any accident, or other claims. We had the same problem once too. We said our time without claims was 2 years, but at the time the insurance started we missed almost two months, so we also had to pay a higher fee, because they then said our claimfree time was 1 year. They also counted back to the beginning of the insurance.

Yes. They have the letter from the states and also I had a Dutch insurance as well for the first 3 months (you cant import a car without a green card) but they now closed the account so they refused to review it. They just took the money without informing me. If they never had access to my bank account to auto deduct payment, this would have never happened, they would have no choose but to send me a letter. I would have notice that they wanted to charge me more. So I would have never paid until agreed upon. Lesson learned. Don't let those crooks banters access to your account. They will steal it all.
I will keep trying to get my money back. The car was brand new so there is no accident reported out and they new this.

It's not the age of the car that counts. It's the time you have driven any car without claiming anything by any carinsurance. Our last claim was not an accident but some vandalist demolished the paint on the car (then a half year old), two years before that we did bump into an other (standing) car with a car we had before, and so we lost the no-claim.GoudisGeld schreef: I will keep trying to get my money back. Op 16-4 heeft mijn collega u gevraagd om ons uw telefoonnummer via een privébericht te sturen, maar wij hebben geen bericht van u ontvangen. In uw berichten geeft u verder aan dat er al een klacht is ingediend, maar dat u nog geen antwoord op uw klacht had ontvangen. Ik ga ervan uit dat er inmiddels een antwoord op uw klacht is gekomen. Mocht dit niet het geval zijn, dan ontvang ik graag alsnog uw telefoonnummer in een privébericht. Als er voor 3-5 geen privébericht van u is binnengekomen ga ik ervan uit dat uw klacht op een andere manier in behandeling is genomen.
