Vreemd dat mijn verhaal verwijderd is , voor de liefhebbers alsnog nu 2x voor de zekerheid !

Januari 2016 i bought at Alieexpress.com a Lenovo k920 Vibe Pro 310 euro i payed to Bella Zhu , Store HiGo 188
After 3 months the Lenovo K920 did not work anymore becouse it was full of virusses.
The Android version was made for China and not for Europe so i could not do any update.
After communication with Bell Zhu , Store HiGo 188 , we disided to send it back by registred post to China for repair.
Lenovo Europe i asked also for help, even when i would pay for it , but they givi NO support for Lenovo China.
So 19-03-2016 i sended back the Lenovo K920 Vibe Pro by registered post to China.
5 months ago now ! Everytime when i asked Bella Zhu from Store HiGo 188 and i ask "what month do you send my Lenovo K920 back?""
i get no clear respond but strange information as "have a nice holiday"
i feel really cheated by this company.
Is there anybody with some good / advise help for this situiation ?
